A Chicago priest has filed suit for defamation and malicious prosecution against a former altar boy, his attorneys, and an abuse victims' group which pursued abuse allegations against him. The abuse allegations were investigated and dismissed by the Department of Child and Family Services. The priest is seeking over $500K in damages.
