Since new homosexual 'marriage' laws will soon take effect in the nation's capital, Washington's archdiocese has been forced to end its foster-care program in that area. The archdiocese has no choice but to end the program since it would be gravely wrong for the Church to participate in a moral evil. Unfortunately, however, another provider has been found who will place the poor children in perverted homosexual homes.
